The program begins with an initial phone evaluation with a certified athletic trainer. You will discuss your current status, history since completing the physical therapy program and your goals.

Once enrolled, you will have hour-long workout sessions with a certified athletic trainer. One – three sessions available per week. Equipment and non-equipment based programs are available.

Restoring Spine Motion and Strength

The program will continue to build off of your physical therapy program, focusing flexibility and strength training while desensitizing the nervous system to reduce pain.

This program is for those who have completed the NEBH Spine Rehab Program within the past three months and do not have new or worsening pain.

Program Format

Group size is limited to five people per instructor so personal needs can be addressed. One-on-one sessions are available if preferred, or if recommended by physical therapist.
