Maintaining Motion Knee Replacement Program

After completing your physical therapy program following a knee replacement, it is recommended that you continue with your exercise program at home to reach your maximum potential.

The Maintaining Motion Knee Replacement Program is for those who want to continue their exercises under the direction of the NEBH physical therapy team.

Strength and Flexibility Training

Strength and flexibility training for your knee will be targeted through:

  • Static Stretches
  • Dynamic Stretches
  • Exercise Circuit
  • Education will be included, with customized home exercise programs created for individual use outside of the program


This program is for those who have undergone a total knee replacement and completed a physical therapy program at NEBH within the past three months and do not have new or worsening pain.

Program Format

One on One sessions and some small group programming may be available. Contact us for more details.
