Spinal Stenosis Clinic

If you develop back, buttock, or leg pain with walking and standing that is relieved with sitting, you may have lumbar spinal stenosis. If your hands develop numbness and tingling with certain sleeping positions or neck movements, or your hands are becoming clumsy and weak, you may have cervical spinal stenosis.

Spinal stenosis is a narrowing of the spinal canal that compresses the spinal cord in the neck or spinal nerves in the low back. Spinal stenosis is caused by arthritis in the spine that gradually deteriorates and distorts the spine structures.

If you think you have, or have previously been diagnosed with spinal stenosis, take advantage of the NEBH Spinal Stenosis Clinic. The clinic is run by the internationally renowned NEBH Spine Center and staffed by specialists in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, who are recognized experts in spinal stenosis. They will provide you with an in-depth review of your problem, detailed education about spinal stenosis, and a comprehensive discussion about non-surgical and surgical treatment options available to you. Our goal is to give you information that you need to make the best possible decisions to address your problem, and to help you with the process of carrying out your decisions.
