Morales _Eduardo

Eduardo Morales, PhD
Registry Manager
PhD   University of Texas at El Paso 

Dr. Eduardo Morales is currently working as the Registry Manager for NEBH. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Texas at El Paso, majoring in Electrical and Computer Engineering, specializing in Bioelectromagnetism. His interest for technology in healthcare started during his graduate studies, in which he performed electrocardiographic research.  Later he joined the software industry and has gained specialized skills in database management, with extensive knowledge of ETLs, RDBMS, and concept mapping.
