U.S. News & World Report Names New England Baptist Hospital a Top Hospital

Boston, Mass. – New England Baptist Hospital (NEBH) has been named as a top hospital by U.S. News & World Report in its 2023-2024 Best Hospitals. NEBH was nationally ranked in one adult specialty and was rated high performing in three adult procedures and conditions.

“We are proud to provide world-class orthopedic care at New England Baptist Hospital,” said David Passafaro, President of NEBH. “These recognitions are a reflection of the care our staff provides our patients and communities.”

U.S. News evaluated more than 4,500 hospitals across 15 specialties and 21 procedures and conditions; only 12% of evaluated hospitals earned a Best Hospitals ranking. Hospitals awarded a “Best” designation excelled at factors such as clinical outcomes, level of nursing care and patient experience.

NEBH was ranked #12 in the nation for orthopedics. NEBH was rated high performing in three adult procedures in conditions: hip fracture, hip replacement and knee replacement.
