New England Baptist Hospital, the premier regional provider for orthopedic surgery and the treatment of musculoskeletal diseases and disorders, has once again been recognized for excellence in Patient Safety and Patient Experience by Healthgrades.
Healthgrades, the leading online resource for information about physicians and hospitals, recognizes the top 10 percent of all hospitals evaluated for patient safety for their performance in preventing serious, potentially preventable complications during patients’ hospital stays. The top 15 percent of all hospitals evaluated for their performance in Patient Experience were recognized. Only 3% of hospitals were recognized for excellence in both Patient Safety and Patient Experience.
In addition to the Patient Safety and Patient Experience awards, NEBH has been recognized by Press Ganey for outstanding clinical quality and patient experience, and by U.S. News & World Report as one of the top hospitals in the country for orthopedics. NEBH was ranked as one of the top 100 women-led businesses in Massachusetts by The Commonwealth Institute and Boston Globe Magazine.
