Boston Celtics and New England Baptist Hospital celebrated their 30 year partnership
Patients at New England Baptist Hospital were visited by Boston Celtics Guard Avery Bradley today. His visit was to commemorate 30 years of New England Baptist Hospital being the official hospital and health provider to the Boston Celtics. Throughout his visit, Bradley raised spirits by posing for photos, signing autographs and visiting with patients.
“NEBH is very important to me, there is always someone there who puts a smile on my face and I was excited to be able to do that for the staff and patients today.” Bradley said. “Throughout our partnership the Celtics and New England Baptist have worked hard to do amazing things in the community and have helped a lot of people along the way.”
“It has been an honor to provide care to the Celtics organization for the past 30 years,” said Trish Hannon, President and CEO of New England Baptist Hospital. “We are looking forward to the next 30-plus years keeping the Celtics team strong and healthy as they continue to play for Banner 18 and beyond. We are also thrilled to be working with Avery Bradley who will be featured in our upcoming advertising campaign.”
In honor of the partnership, Bradley, Celtics CEO and Co-owner Wyc Grousbeck, and Lucky presented the hospital with a Championship banner to represent the 30 years the two have been affiliated.
