Meet Boston Marathon Runner Danielle Lehman, NEBH Physician Assistant

Danielle Lehman, a physician assistant at New England Baptist Hospital, is running the Boston Marathon for the first time. “Running has become my outlet since college athletics came to an end. I transitioned from being a collegiate athlete to a graduate student where running was my form of exercise and stress relief.” At the start of the pandemic, Danielle developed a foot injury which led her to become a patient at NEBH.

Thanks to Kurt Hofmann, MD, and NEBH’s outpatient surgery center, Danielle will be able to run her first ever marathon just 16 months post-op!

Tribute & Memorial Giving

Grateful patients, family members, and Baptist employees can do something truly moving to honor compassionate nurses, dedicated coworkers, exceptional doctors, or the memory of a loved one who has passed.
Tribute and memorial gifts honor the work of outstanding caregivers or the legacy of a loved one and, at the same time, help to secure our place among the nation’s top hospitals, which plays a critical role in the Baptist’s success.
