About the Artist
Luke Barosky is a Boston-based artist who uses a wide range of mediums to create abstract contemporary graffiti art, paintings, mixed media pieces, drawings, digital art, and photography. He and his work are showcased in “Above the Free Walls,” a 2019 documentary about the legal graffiti art movement and 2020 Award Finalist in The Massachusetts Independent Film Festival, in galleries and pop-up art shows around the city, and indoor and outdoor murals throughout Greater Boston. A former board member of Dorchester Arts Collaborative, Barosky helped to open the Erick Jean Center for the Arts in Dorchester’s Geneva/Four Corners neighborhood. You can see his September 2020 commissioned Uphams Corner outdoor project at 555 Columbia Avenue in Dorchester and learn more or purchase works by the artist here.
