More than 300,000 concussions occur in sports each year. Dr. Mark Steiner, chief of sports medicine at NEBH, reviews the signs and symptoms of concussions, the updated guidelines for management of concussions, the treatment options for spine and neck injuries, and the  “return to play” guidelines for concussions and spine and neck injuries.
