Dr. Monica Piecyk is a rheumatologist at New England Baptist Hospital (NEBH). In addition to her work at NEBH, she holds an academic appointment as Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Piecyk received her medical degree from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in Chapel Hill. She then completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of North Carolina Hospital, followed by a fellowship in Rheumatology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
Dr. Piecyk enjoys teaching and is a member of the American College of Rheumatology and American College of Physicians. Her clinical interests include general rheumatology, rheumatoid arthritis and systemic autoimmune diseases. She is board certified in both rheumatology and internal medicine, and was rated as a “Top Doctor” by Castle Connolly in 2014.
