Lee Okurowski, MD, MPH, MBA
Chief and Medical Director, Occupational Health
Dr. Okurowski is an Occupational Medicine Physician at New England Baptist Hospital (NEBH). He holds a Medical License in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island and is Board Certified in Occupational Health and Board Eligible in Preventive Medicine. Read more.

Sandra J. Gailius-Garman, MSN, RN, ANP-BC, COHN-S
Sandy is a nurse practitioner in the Occupational Health department at NEBH, and is Board Certified as both an Adult Nurse Practitioner and as an Occupational Health Specialist. She brings extensive experience in Occupational, Internal Medicine and Orthopedics, using a holistic and systematic approach towards work health and wellness implementation. She performs assessment, orders and interprets diagnostic tests and prescribes medication, immunization and durable medical equipment. She is a Certified Medical Examiner and provides Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals and Pre-Placement Screening and Fitness For Duty Examinations. Sandy earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing as an Adult Nurse Practitioner from Simmons College in Boston and most recently obtained Health Informatics Certificate from Regis College.
Kathy Lehan, RN, BSN, COHN-S
Nurse Case Manager
Kathy Lehan, RN, BSN, COHN-S is the Nurse Case Manager for the Occupational Health department. In this role she is responsible for coordination of health care services and resources to ensure efficient, appropriate and quality patient care. She acts as a liaison between client companies, providers, patients and third party administrators to facilitate quality, timely care as well as proper use of resources. She earned her BSN in nursing from Saint Anselm College.
Patricia McAlary-Losee (“Pat”), Ed.D, APRN-BC, COHN-S is a nurse practitioner in the Occupational Health department at NEBH. She is a certified Occupational Health Nurse Specialist and precepts NP students from four local NP schools. She enthusiastically participates with the team in facilitating return to work for injured workers from many work settings and participates actively in pre-employment screening of workers. She is an active member of AAOHN and Mass. Coalition of Nurse Practitioners. She earned her doctoral degree in Humanistic Education and Human Services and her MSN from Boston University and her Adult NP certificate from MGH Institute of Health Professions.
Runna Kim, COHC
Runna Kim is a Medical Technician at the Occupational Health Center. Runna records patient history and personal information, assists with procedures, conducts testing to meet regulatory requirements, and is DOT certified. Runna joined NEBH in 2012 after completing training at Millennium Training Institute.
Ruben Morales Sr., CNA , COHC
Ruben Morales is a Medical Technician at the Occupational Health Center. Ruben provides support with pre-employment physicals, drug testing, blood collection, mask fit testing, wound care, lacerations, and electrocardiograms (EKG). He is a graduate of the Bunker Hill Community College Nursing Assistant Certificate Program, and has over 13 years of experience.
