Clinical Pastoral Education Internship

New England Baptist Hospital runs a full time (40 hr/wk) summer program which starts at the end of May and runs through the second week of August; and part-time (16hr/wk) extended units of CPE which run from mid-September through first week in May.

Kenneth Larsen, DMin, ABMP directs the program and is involved in supervision and didactic training. Effie Sidiropoulou, DMin, LMHC, LMFT, is the supervisory adjunct who leads the verbatim and interpersonal groups.

The Clinical Pastoral Education programs at NEBH are accredited by the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education, Inc., providing a learning environment that emphasizes pastoral formation, reflection and competence as students interact with professional staff, patients and families. 

New England Baptist Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts is nationally recognized for its expertise in orthopedic surgery, extra-cranial neurosurgery, and a broad spectrum of sevices for patients with musculosketal diseases and disorders. Patients are treated as whole persons, with an emphasis on their physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

We are currently accepting applications for the Summer 2016 program. Deadline for submitting your application is February 15, 2016. Tuition is $1000 payable within the first month of the program.
