Although you may not be able to partake in your favorite hobbies like golf and tennis at the moment, there are some exercises you can do at home to get ready for when we are able to return to these activities. In this video, Bryan Truscott, Lead Athletic Trainer at NEBH, walks you through some exercises that will help condition your entire body.
Both golf and tennis require a strong lower body and the ability to transfer that power to your arms and eventually to the golf or tennis ball. These total body exercises will help your body with that power transfer. Add this workout to your exercise regimen two-three times a week, and you will not only play better, but you will help reduce your risk of injury.
