Contact a Patient Advocate

The Office of Quality and Patient Safety is responsible for managing the Hospital's patient complaint process.  This office serves as a liaison between patients and the Hospital and is available whenever you need assistance.

The Patient Advocate serves as a patient and family representative and is here to respond to your needs and concerns.
