I submitted my application and/or resume to be considered for employment. What happens next?
We know that you are eager to learn the status of your application for employment, and we want to assure you that it is thoroughly reviewed - first by Human Resources and then by the hiring managers, depending on our current openings. This process may take several weeks. Although we would like to speak to each applicant personally, we simply cannot do so. Our procedure is to call only those candidates whose qualifications are most appropriate for our current openings.
What if I do not hear back from New England Baptist Hospital?
Please be assured that, in the event that you are not contacted for an interview within a few weeks, your resume will remain in our active files for six months, and you will be considered for future openings.
What if I originally applied to one position, but I am now interested in a different position?
