Patient Safety and Quality

Patient safety is embedded in the fabric of care at New England Baptist Hospital. We use multiple reinforcing systems to prevent most common medical errors such as wrong-site surgery and medication mistakes. When we are measured against hospitals nationally and locally, our commitment to patient safety is evident. The results are visible in our low infection rates, high levels of patient satisfaction, and the recognition we have received for our ground-breaking patient safety efforts. All patients are treated as partners. When you decide to become a patient, we will give you tools that you can use to help us make your visit as safe and successful as possible.
