Trish Hannon, FACHE
Trish Hannon became the 10th President and Chief Executive Officer of New England Baptist Hospital in November, 2009. Prior to joining the Baptist, Ms. Hannon served as Chief Operating Officer of Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts and Senior Vice President for Health Care Operations for Baystate Health, a nationally recognized Top 100 health care delivery network serving Western Massachusetts.
Ms. Hannon has over twenty-five years of health care administration experience in both nursing administration and hospital operational roles. She received her undergraduate education in nursing at Marymount College, and holds an MBA from New York Institute of Technology. Ms. Hannon is a fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives, a member of the board of the Health Care Management Association, and a member of the Massachusetts Organization of Nurse Executives.

Maureen Broms began her career with New England Baptist Hospital in 1987. In her current position, Vice President of Health Care Quality and Patient Safety she is responsible for health care quality, risk management, patient safety, corporate compliance, patient advocacy, patient satisfaction, ethics, the Patient Care Assessment program, HIPAA privacy compliance, organizational improvement, the Partnership in Care Committee, and issues related to the Joint Commission.
Before assuming her role as a Vice President, she held various staff and management positions in the Hospital's Patient Care Services department.
In 1995, she left the acute care setting for CareGroup Occupational Health Network. Prior to becoming the Director of Clinical Operations for the Network, she helped facilitate the creation of a premiere occupational health network, which spanned seven locations in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
In 2000, Ms. Broms rejoined New England Baptist in the Department of Health Care Quality. She assumed the role of Director in 2003, was promoted to Senior Director in 2005, and Vice President in 2008. She played a key role in the Hospital's successful Joint Commission survey in 2008.
In addition to lecturing before local and national professional organizations, she has published articles in a variety of professional journals including the Orthopedic Clinics of North America and the Journal of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.
Ms. Broms has a number of professional affiliations including the Massachusetts Organization of Nurse Executives, Massachusetts Association for Health Care Quality and the Massachusetts Society for Health Care Risk Management.

dacolema@caregroup.harvard.edu Deb Coleman has been Vice President and Chief Development Officer for New England Baptist Hospital since 2005. In this position, she is responsible for directing the Hospital's efforts related to fundraising and running a $30 million dollar Capital Campaign.
Prior to joining the Baptist in 2004, Ms. Coleman held a number of executive level Development positions in the Boston area: Director of Gift Planning for Brigham and Women's Hospital - where she designed the first comprehensive planned giving program for the Hospital; Director of Gift Planning for Suffolk University; Director of Planned Giving for Simmons College; Director of Major Gifts and Planned Giving and then Associate Director of Resource Development for Deaconess Hospital (now Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center). She also served as Executive Director for Recording for the Blind (now Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic) in Boston.
Ms. Coleman holds both a BA and an MA in English from Middlebury College.
Her professional affiliations include Women in Development where she served on the Board of Directors for six years, the Planned Giving Group of New England and the National Society of Fund Raising Executives.

He is responsible for all of the Hospital's financial operations, including Accounting, Budgeting, Decision Support, Payroll, Patient Access, Patient Accounts, Purchasing, Materials Management, and Health Information Management. Other responsibilities include management of the endowment and pension plans, revenue cycle, insurance contracts, and tax & cost report filings.
From 1996-2003, Mr. Gheringhelli was Corporate Director of Financial Planning for CareGroup, Inc., where he was responsible for the coordination of the operating and capital budgets for six community hospitals and related physician groups.
Between 1983 and 1996, he held finance-related positions with the Pathway Health Network and New England Deaconess Hospital.
Mr. Gheringhelli holds an MS in Finance from Bentley College and a BS in Business Administration, with High Honors from Northeastern University.
He is a Brother of the Knights of Columbus (3rd Degree Member), Council No. 70, Lynn MA.

Diane Gulczynski has been Senior Vice President for Clinical Operations and Chief Nursing Officer for New England Baptist Hospital since 2003. She is responsible for all inpatient services including Nursing, Surgical Services, Outpatient Services, Respiratory, Central Processing, Pastoral Care, Case Management, Infection Control, Radiology, Rehabilitative Services, Pharmacy, Laboratory and Anesthesia Services.
Prior to joining NEBH, Ms. Gulczynski was an independent consultant for perioperative services with DJ Sullivan Healthcare Consulting Services and held various senior-level nursing positions with New England Medical Center, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and New England Deaconess Hospital.
Ms. Gulczynski has successfully coordinated multiple initiatives around patient safety and quality outcomes. She was a key leader in the Baptist's successful Joint Commission survey process in 2008. She is also a prolific writer and lecturer.
Ms. Gulczynski holds an MS in Management and a BS in Organizational Behavior from Lesley College and a nursing Diploma from New England Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing.
She is an active member of the Massachusetts Organization of Nurse Executives and the Association of Operating Room Nurses and consults for Systems, Inc.

Linda Thompson is Vice President of Human Resources and Service Excellence for New England Baptist Hospital, a position she has held since 2000. Concurrently, she was also responsible for the HR functions at Deaconess Glover Hospital from 2000-2002.
As VP of Human Resources and Service Excellence, Ms. Thompson is responsible for overseeing all HR functional areas, including compensation, benefits, recruitment/employment, employee/labor relations, training/organizational development, HRIS and strategic management.
Prior to joining NEBH, she was Human Resources Network Director for CareGroup Corporate, where she was the director of network wide HR operations supporting 10 + organizations and approximately 2,000 employees with responsibility for strategic business plan development and execution and core service integration.
Ms. Thompson is one of the driving forces behind New England Baptist Hospital's Legendary Service initiative and is known for developing and implementing creative recruitment and retention initiatives.
She holds an MBA with Health Care Administration Certificate from New Hampshire College and a BA in Management from Simmons College.
She is actively involved with the Girl Scouts of America and the Make a Wish Foundation.
