Vice President, Strategic Planning and Network Development and Chief Strategy Officer
Elizabeth Greenspan is Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for New England Baptist Hospital, a position she has held since May 2010. Ms. Greenspan has over 25 years of experience in healthcare management in a variety of strategic roles.
In this capacity, Ms. Greenspan is responsible for strategic planning, business development, network development brand strategy, hospital and physician partnership, government and public affairs. Since joining the hospital, her work has been focused on positioning NEBH as the value leader in orthopedics and musculoskeletal care in the market with a particular focus on the hospital’s geographic expansion and partnership strategies.
Prior to joining NEBH, Ms. Greenspan held a number of executive level positions within the healthcare field. Most recent positions include Vice President for Strategic Planning and Business Development at Tufts Medical Center and Director of Business Development for Partners Healthcare System, Inc., in Boston.
Ms. Greenspan is a member of a number of professional organizations including the American College of Healthcare Executives, Healthcare Business Women’s Association, and the New England Society for Healthcare Strategy.
She holds an MBA from Boston University and a BA in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
